1. The morning routine – protection and preparation

Morning skincare is all about protecting and strengthening. Your skin has recovered overnight; now it's time to protect it from stress, UV rays, and pollution.

Step 1 – Cleanse: Use a gentle, non-foaming cleanser to remove sebum and residue.
Step 2 – Toner: Restores pH and prepares skin for absorption of active ingredients.
Step 3 – Serum: Choose an antioxidant serum with vitamin C or niacinamide – neutralizes free radicals.
Step 4 – Day cream: hydrates and protects against dehydration. Choose a light texture for oily skin or a rich formula for dry skin.
Step 5 – SPF: The most important step. Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day , even in cloudy weather.
